I am not sure if they would hold up under heavy use of another nature. They are light and comfortable. Great for walking.

The only negative for me was the inability to get a more secure fit for my narrower heel. I could be reacting to the different design of a walking shoe, compared to a running. However, I have had no blisters or rubbing, and a very comfortable toe. I walk on pavement and off-road, and the shoes have held up well.
