By Ice Man from Traverse City, MI on 11/08/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Competition, Ice Hockey Layer, Layering, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Competitive Athlete Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use this shirt as the first upper layer under my hockey equipment during league play. The shirt is comfortable, well made and holds up to heavy use. I have a medium weight which is a bit too warm for early season games. It would be perfect for outdoor activities year round. Out West use is recommended in the rockies where temps drop quickly when sun goes below canyon rims. Fly fishing anyone? It wicks, but as a medium it is still quite wet at game end. However, it retains warmth and still allows for unrestriceted movement even with heavy hockey activity. This shirt is great for all around outdoor activity; warm, wicking, comfortable and the price is right.
