By northwardbound from Milw., WI on 11/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Stylish Best Uses: Cold Weather, Cycling, Layering, Running, Snow Sports Describe Yourself: Occasional Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Priced better than Icebreaker.
Fabric should be a little heavier for duribilty.
Otherwise nice. If this was weight at 260 for this price I would not consider anything else for layering. Nice height on neck.
perfect winter wear for cycling By Bill from Novato, CA on 11/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Warm Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: cold wet weather cycling
Thought it would be warmer. By Tarheel from Milwaukee, WI on 09/14/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking Best Uses: Cycling, Layering, Running Describe Yourself: Frequent Exerciser Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I was looking for something that was high wicking and in the expedition layer category. I thought this might work, but when I pulled it out of the box, I found the material to be far to lightweight. Would be ideally suited for spring, fall or even a cool summer morning, but not winter.
