It is soft, made of a thin to medium thickness fabric, and fits quite nicely (body, sleeve length, neck, etc.). The only thing I would like differnt would be to have an extra 1/4" to 1/2" in the shoulders. It's not that it is too narrow there, but it seems right on the borderline of being too narrow and just right. I have washed it and it seemed to hold it's size. I'm impressed and pleased with this purchase.
