Not helpful. I bought the "large" and I am 180 5'9" and felt it was a good fit. I could fit into the medium, but it's a shirt meant for action with room to move. It's not a pressed office shirt that will restrict. The fabric is thin so it is comfortable and light. Again it is not an office shirt so it may look a little too messy for that purpose. If there were more color options, I'd buy another.

Runs huge, though. Luckily I combed though reviews and ordered a medium (I'm 6' 175) and it fits real well. I wear a large in just about everything else, but anything bigger than a medium in this shirt would have had me swimming in it, or using it as a parachute.
