By Scott from New England on 11/16/2008 Cons: Handle breaks easily Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Used this for less than 2 months, and only about 3 trips, when the top handle broke free. This is a terrible design flaw, only using a single rivet to secure handles (a fact I know as the single rivet went flying across the check-in area at the airport as I tried to life up the bag). Thought I'd spend extra for the best, turns out I should never have purchased luggage online, as now I'm out of luck with getting assistance, short of shipping the bag at significant cost back to the company. I love online shopping, but will never do it for luggage again, as "lifetime warranty" does not mean much for an online purchase.
