No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: In Australia I normaly take an X-large size, but for US and Canada sizes a large which would normaly give me a good comfortable fit. This vest was in a large size and didnt even do up across my chest. Its probably 2 sizes smaller than needed. Most Canada Goose are the opposite being at least a size larger than labelled.
