No, I would not recommend this to a friend

From the description, pictures and original retail price, I assumed that I would receive a superbly crafted italian leather belt. Turns out the leather was shiny instead of matte and poorly tanned. The crocodile scales were already starting to seperate. The stiching was inaccurate. The best part was the simple and elegant buckle. I expect a lot more from a product of one of the most reputable reptile leather goods manufacturers in Italy. Hoping that this was just an exception, I ordered the same belt again, even worse quality.
