Luminous hands is a joke. Everytime I set it it loses a couple of minutes, no more than that, but resetting it always has same result.

I have another watch for sailing with compass, alarms, etc, but this works better for everyday use. I especially like that the watch band can be replaced--it threads rather than using the usual spring loaded bars to connect to watch. Good design that should last a long time.
