I ordered a 56 and I wear a 57 or in US/a 7 1/8 The 56 (or US 7) fit perfect. The hat is a little stiff with the DWR finish, but that will propably get a little softer with use. All in All a great hat, and I do enjoy wearing a hat.(Hides the bald!)
