By Laweagle from San Diego on 05/11/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easily Adjustable, Great Peripheral Vision, Protective, Stylish Best Uses: Half Pipe, Park, Snowboarding Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The Bad Lieutenant helmet gives you unique looks in a sport where outrageous is the look of the day. It's heavier than I expected, but still comfortable. No ventilation slots means a sweaty head during spring skiing or riding - probably better-suited for colder days. Ear flaps diminish sound more than my other helmets.
Superb product at unbelievable price By Tomas from Ridgefield, Ct. on 04/09/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easily Adjustable, Great Peripheral Vision, Lightweight, Protective, Well Ventilated Best Uses: Downhill, Skiing Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: After years of telemark skiing in both forested and steep backcountry and congested ski area settings, we finally decided head protection was in order. Having used well designed Giro bicycle helmets for years this product seemed like a good choice from a reliable designer. Nothing in this product has changed our opinion and we recommend it without qualification.
By MAC from NORTHEAST on 04/06/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Protective, Stylish Describe Yourself: Advanced Sizing: Feels half size too small Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great helmet, great price, cool styling. I felt it was a little on the small side of large.
