The Waterman is slightly loose than the Gringo cut, but certainly not baggy. Perfect for casual Fridays at work. A word about the fit: the cords are about 1/2" smaller than the usual size. I usually take 33", but the 34" cords fit me fine. However, a skinnier friend of mine who usually wears 31" jeans has tried the 32" cords and they are a bit baggy on him - his true waist size is probably 30 1/2". And these come in only one length, so you will probably want to shorten them.

I have three pairs of Agave Denimsmith jeans (one organic denim, one stretch khaki and these corduroys) and all three are fantastic. Unlike the other reviewer, I do not find these jeans to be too tight or to run small at all. I'm definitely an Agave convert ... no more Levis or Lee jeans for me!!!
