Wonderful and Extremely Comfortable By Big Daddy Longstroke from Riverside, CA on 05/21/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cushy, Durable, Good Design, Regulates Temperature Well, Wicks Away Moisture Best Uses: Backpacking, Daily Use, Hiking, Travel Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I had not tried Bridgedale socks before, typically thinking that Smartwool was the one, but now I am not only impressed, but I want more, lots more. Here's why: The socks have a Left and Right specific fit, and they are close-fitting, but not constricting. I wore my first pair all day to pad my Chuck Taylors, and they breathed well, and my feet felt as fresh after a 13-hour day as humanly possible. If these are cosmetic seconds, I could not detect any "flaws" and they fit better than Smartwool Light Hikers, although I still like those too.
A great value for your dollars By Silas from Holcome, WI on 04/26/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cushy, Durable, Good Design, Regulates Temperature Well, Wicks Away Moisture Best Uses: Backpacking, Daily Use, Hiking Describe Yourself: Outdoor Professional Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear these socks for all activities. They are very comfortable in a wide range of temperatures. My only complaint is sawdust sticks to them while cutting wood. The solution is to wear mid or high shoes for activities where your feet are subjeted to sawdust or like items.
