Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I run in these shoes 25-35 miles per week - on every surface imaginable. They have enough stability for my 5'3'' , 135. lb. frame, but are light and flexible enough to keep my plantar fascitis subdued.
The only drawback is that they tend to wear out at around 300 miles.
I have found the best price for these at Sierra and have bought them 3 times.
