Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a fallen arch which has a bone spur. The doc said to where something that supports your arch. This shoe does that! I also put insteps in them. If you have flat feet I would not recomend them. THis insole in the shoe will come out so you are able to put your on insteps in.I love it. Its my third pair!
