I run a size 10/12 so I ordered the 12. They are too big in waist but fit my thighs very well (I'm athletic). I don't have much of a rear and there is a lot of saggy material back there. They also have a high waist and I think they made me look frumpy. I'm keeping these to do yard work or work on the farm.

Love Woolrich pants and have another pair/similar style in the same size I ordered which fit great so I anticipated they would be roomy given the sizing recommendation. You have to order and try them to truly know if they will fit you. They are well made and great fabric.
