They are rather high waisted, with a long rise, and a lot of fabric in the hips. Not my style, but nice pants for someone who likes a more conservative style. Really nice fabric and colors.

They do tend to get a little stretched out between washes, but they wash well and ragain their shape easily. The fabric (I bought them in Fawn) is thick,warm and pretty. It can be dressed up of down. I would buy more if they were available in my size. One cautionary note: they are roomy in the waist and hips, but becasue they drop to a natural waistline and are cut straight through the hips, it looks fine. I am very long-waisted, so that roominess may not work for shorter waists. Overall, a really great pair of pants.
