I have not had any trouble with the waist snaps. I worked all day doing work that required constant bending, stretching and lifting and the snaps held.

I do wish the front pockets weren't too shallow to put my wallet in them, but that's minor. The snaps others complain about haven't popped even once, the material's a good substantial weight - very well made pants.
