Unfortunately I am between sizes. I bought the 10 (my normal size) and they were too tight in the hips, but the waist was big. I gave those away and bought the 12. The 12 is way too big. I gave those away too. I can't win with these cute shorts! By the way, they looked awesome on both of the gals I gave them to!

They fit pretty nicely overall, but the front pockets are a little strange -- they are sewn onto the front & poof out a little, which is not totally flattering. Also, I don't know if it's just mine -- but the closure snap is constantly popping open, which is totally annoying! I'm keeping them because of the versatile color and comfort, but not sure if I would recommend them.
