These are great shorts for hiking around the tidepools or out on the lava in Hawaii.
These shorts will also work well for working outdoors in the summer in Colorado.

These were quite snug...tighter than I would want for kicking around in. I also noticed that one leg was about an inch longer than the other when I tried them on. Had to return them.

They fit really nice around the waist. Other shorts I've tried on sit lower on my waist and don't feel as comfortable as these shorts do. I went back and bought a 2nd pair.
