So, this tankini has been great. The material of the top seems more "cotton like" than spandex like. It is quite a heavy fabric. Great for sitting by the pool or beach. Not intended for watersports or lap swimming.

Perfect answer for an imperfect tummy, still sexy and attractive, cute open back. My only complaint is that the cups are a little skimpy for my B-C size, but overall the suit is still wonderful and earned 5 stars. Bottom is very comfortable, top doesn't slip or slide, black-and-white fabric is flattering and textured for interest, quick to dry. A terrific suit for the price!
