No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: There just isn't enough padding for longer rides, and legs seem tight. Unless you're using it for a tri, I'd pick something else.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I only ride less than 20 miles, so I can't attest to how they feel on longer rides. They say up front that the pad is minimal, so cannot complain about that. But turns out the minimal pad is fine for me. I really like them.
