Keeps you cool in over 100 heat. BUT - you really NEED an opaque layer under it, unless you want to show off your bra - then why wear the top? I love it, but have to put an underlayer on, and that takes away from some of the cooling benefits.

I'm not comfortable running in just a jog bra - this shirt gives me the coverage to feel comfortable but doesn't add anything else. Perfect for hot weather exercising when you'd prefer to be wearing as little as possible. I listened to previous reviews and ordered one size up - fit fine.
