Yet at the same time, the folds at the hem, which e.g., in Rayon, would gracefully fall, do not fall so in this skirt. They tend to stand out a bit, stiff-like, like in a hoola-hoop skirt. I wore it once to work, and will probably wear it to work on Fridays, our dress-down day.
Perhaps if the skirt were longer it would fall OK.
