Good value, nice for working outdoors By HikerGirl from Maynard, MA on 05/22/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Flattering, Lightweight Cons: Short in Length, Tight in arms Best Uses: Casual Wear, Outdoor Activities, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got this shirt for hiking in exposed areas. I normally wear a size 4 or 6 but exchanged the shirt for an 8 because it was tight in my arms. the 8 is still a little tight in my biceps. I'm athletic but no bodybuilder, so I was a bit surprised by this. Anyway, if you aren't sure what size to go with, definitely go one larger. I do wish it hung another 2" lower so that it would clear my hip belt.Because of the length, I'm more likely to wear this shirt when expecting to be out in the sun all day than for hiking as I had initially intended.
Attractive - but design is restrictive By Pamela of the Peaks from Longmont, CO on 04/20/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, High Quality, Lightweight Cons: Sleeves Too Long, Tight overall fit Best Uses: Casual Wear, Outdoor Activities, Travel Describe Yourself: Active, Comfort-oriented, Outdoor enthusiast, Practical Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Attractive, good fabric and construction. However, the design restricts shoulder movement and it runs small. This shirt will not do for a fit, active woman carrying a day pack or more.
By Green from Colorado on 03/23/2009 Describe Yourself: Practical Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I am normally a 2. I ordered a 4 and it was still a bit small overall. It is not a casual style rather more dressy; not what I was looking for. Of course, Mountain Hardware is still one of my faves.
