I always have issues with being comfortable in the office and I knew that merino wool is great for all types of temperatures. The cut turned out to be very flattering (I got a medium because I did not want it to be too clingy on my chest). It is perfect for an office setting. I would buy a small if you are looking for a more form fitting shirt, but for the office I went up a size.

BUT when I put it on, it looked like a retail uniform polo. It was cut rather boxy. I had to send it back. As far as a yes or no recommendation it depends on your preferences. Also the color of this is less saturated than the image on the website.
