I needed a large b/c medium was too tight onthe bust, but the large fit in the bust but the arm holes gapped. I think it might work if you are thin and small chested.

It is very comfortable and not overly clingly. The description says it is "silky soft" - it is soft but, I guess I expected more of a poly blend feel. It is mostly cotton and therefore, more of a casual shirt for me.
