They match the lighter shade of the sweater well. I got a complement the first time I wore it. The sleeves are a little long for me, but that's because I have petite arms (and legs...I had to hem the jeans). I reported true to size, however, that's because I bought a S and it fits. I usually wear an XS (size 4). I wouldn't want it any smaller.

However, the color was splotchy, not "heather" as described. Did not like the light, contrast stitching around the sleeves, neck and bottom. It was too thin to be called a sweater. I returned it.
