Comments: I bought this turtle neck for its lightweight quality. I am planning on using it on a wilderness cane trip into Canada. I want something that will cover my neck to keep the biting blackflies away. I have worn it on a chilly day around town, and in my canoe, and I like it. The only thing with these interlocking silk garmets is that after a day of wearing it in an outdoor activity, the armpits stink, and the odor can not be eliminated. This is the problem with these types of factors. It is a great item for outdoor activities. It can keep you cool or warm.

Comments: I love turtlenecks and silk just makes it perfect! As soon as temps drop into the 40's, I pull out my turtlenecks ... and wear them alone, under sweaters or with "dressier" jackets. I absolutely love the wind-blocking effect.

Comments: I only use this product as an underlayer for sweaters and tops in cold weather, but it is useful for a winter hike as well as layering under a dressy V-neck for work or social occasions. It is very lightweight and thin, yet warm without being too hot.
