I expected more substance from the material for the price. I will be returning this also because its a bit short on me, I am 5'5" and if washed it would probably shrink.

It could be worn with the right skirt and shoes to a summer wedding. It would be cute as well with jeans. It's cotton, unlined, very breathable.
