Light weight but very warm. Looks great with black jeans or dress pants. Lots of compliments. Hook and eye closures a bit of a nuisance. I will be replacing with cloth covererd snaps as noted in several other comments.

I have not had the chance to test it out in cold weather, but I imagine it will be a jacket I turn to for warmth. The material is a little scratchy - but I think that will be less noticeable once I wear it with long sleeved shirts.
