BTW, I don't think my arms are especially short although I am overall at 5' 1". I love the quality and the throw in the wash aspect and being retired I practically live in jeans so this jacket will get a lot of use.

The jacket was flawed. Two button holes were frayed around the edges. I returned it. No, I would not recommend it.

I was not disappointed. The quality is excellent and the jacket fits perfectly, except I found the buttons are a bit difficult to do up. However as I will not need to do it up it is not a problem.
