Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this jacket to go over a full skirt. It's a very nice jacket. However, it is way too small. It seems like it must be designed for petite women since the waist on me (I'm 5'8") was around my rib cage. It's a nice jacket though, worth a try.
