By football mom of 4 from Otsego, MI on 11/02/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Rainy football nights Describe Yourself: Casual, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this hat to wear on the rainy football nights. It has been great! Couldn't have been rainier or windier last week, and this hat kept me dry and warm. I love the bill for keeping the drops off my face, but it's not so long that it gets in my way (I normally hate hats, but I hate for my ears to be in the wind even more, and wet!) This hat fit under my normal raincoat hood (which doesn't cinch tight) and kept me very cozy. Love it!
Not fully assessed...yet... By Reiver from Baja Michigan on 11/01/2009 Pros: Adjustable, Comfortable, Lightweight Best Uses: Commuting, Travel Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Practical Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Procured for Bicycle, Rail-Trail, cold season use. Gore-Tex is not quite breathable enough for me, during aerobic activities. Ear flaps are well contoured, and will hug the side of your head. LG size works on my 7 1/2 size noggin. Front visor snap can be an issue, under some helmets.
