I'm usually on Dynafits, and these Silv's have a very smooth gait. Much better than the Silvretta 500's of yesteryear! These are the newer generation unlike the poor quality of the " red toe'd models" and are the stronger of the series. Very light for bindings but nowhere near Dynafits. Though, for a step in designed touring binding that won't fail at the resort (or break the bank) this looks to be a good fit!
