Great for the farmer's market, school, and these days, the grocery store! Love it.
A Second, But It Does the Job By GeniaXenia from Johnson City Tennessee on 06/11/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity Describe Yourself: Classic Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The product description warned that it was a second, and it was. Noticeable flaws in the stitching & fabric. But I needed it to carry lots of heavy books to tutoring sessions, and it definitely works well for its intended purpose.
By Rimfire from Essex Jct., VT on 04/30/2009 Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity Best Uses: Family Trips, Weekend Trips Describe Yourself: Classic, Comfort-Oriented, Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This bag is a good size and a "knock-off" of some heavier canvas bags distributed by a famous Maine-based company with initials like "LL". It looks just like them and you can't tell the difference until you pick it up. While this bag appears to be of the same size, it is made of a lighter canvas and thus does not stand up or stay open by itself as easily as the bags of the heavier canvas material.
For the price, it is still a good bag and it will do a pretty good job of toting things around, I just don't expect it will last as long, but I use things forever and my old bags are going on ten years or more...
