By RothRocks from State College, PA on 11/07/2008 Cons: Sole to hard for rocks Best Uses: Climbing, Long-distance riding Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is my second pair of Sidi Dominators and they are the best mountain shoe I have ever used. Even in the rough terrain I ride they last 2-3 seasons and I ride a lot. The only think I don't like about them is the sole lugs are made from a hard plastic instead of rubber. They can be a slick on the rocks especially on wet or damp days. This makes dabbing or waking in rock gardens interesting.

They are well built and have lasted through a couple of years of hard use.
