Very impressed how comfortable they felt right out of the box..
2 Pairs for the Price of 1!!! By Hiker from Portland, OR on 11/14/2009 Pros: Ankle Support, Comfortable/No Break-In, Great Traction, Sturdy/Durable, Warm, Water Resistant Best Uses: Cold Weather, Day Hiking, Everyday, Harsh Terrain, Light Loads, Long-Distance Hiking, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer, Casual/Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought my first pair of Alico Tahoe boots last year for hiking and occasional field visits to the construction site. These boots have been wonderful and have kept my feet warm, comfortable and dry. The insoles are throw-aways, but with a decent insole they feel like heavy tennis shoes. The materials and craftsmanship are top-notch. I recently purchased another pair to use as soon as the first pair wears out in...like a decade! :) Happy tails!
