They look great and the leather feels like a glove but they are boots on my feet. And I have purchased a lot of quality foot gear thru the years. It was a great birthday present for me!! I will buy again and again.

The gold is more of a medium brown with a gold sheen to them, gorgeous color not at all brassy metallic, very neutral. The leather is thick but soft, if they had had my size I could tell they would have molded to my feet like a glove.

The teal was just too good to pass up after owning the black for a year. These boots are well constructed and look great with boot-leg and narrow-leg jeans and cords. They are heavy (weight-wise), but that doesn't bother me. They are not really edgy, but (even though I am not really this type) they do have a biker-chic kind of vibe to them. Great purchase at STP prices!!
