It is slippery on damp surfaces and there is little to NO grip on wet ones, especially toward the front (toe). I went down,hard. It was on a downhill sidewalk with a thin layer of leaves. Also tested on a damp sidewalk and learned why I went down. Otherwise these shoes are extremely comfortable in an indoor work environment.
