Laces don't give enough and are a little snug on the foot. Otherwise it's a well constructed shoe. I'm hoping it stretches out a little.

This is my third pair of J-41's and I love them all. This pair is a bit more casual than I anticipated from the picture and I don't really see pulling them off for work, but they are still very cute for a sneaker-type shoe. You won't go wrong with these shoes.
