By Ellie from Portland on 11/18/2009 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Versatile Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort Driven Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are really cute shoes. I was a little put off by a couple reviews that were displeased with the button closure. However, they were so cute I just had to have them. When I got them I was pleased to find that they are slip on. You don't have to undo the button at all. The button is attached with elastic so has some give when taking on and off the shoe. So, no button problems for me. They would be cute with jeans or a dress. The heel is on the low side for me but works great for a work shoe.
Prettier than in the picture By dben9 from Moreno Valley, CA on 10/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Very smart well made Best Uses: Dressy pump for evening, Dressy pump for work, NOT FORMAL, Work Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a great shoe for wearing with dresses and skirts, even some pants. It is well made, very pretty for a basic black shoe.

Not as comfortable as the Born Sassafras, but a little more dressy.
