Not enough cushion or arch support By Stephy from Baton Rouge, LA on 08/14/2008 Cons: Not enough arch support, Not enough cushion Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: New Balance typically last a long time. These shoes are not very comfortable, and I had to add inserts to make them wearable for any length of time.
Fine except for the arch support By Julie C from Tonawanda, NY on 08/06/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable Cons: Lack adequate arch suprt Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: NB shoes fit me the best, and since I needed a new pair, I grabbed these since they made a point about arch support. (I have extremely flat feet).
Well, I had to buy some Dr. Scholls Gel supports anyway. I use these to distance walk, not run. Otherwise, they are very comfortable.
