Most of my Asics are regular running shoes, but this trail running shoe has the same qualities.

I don't use them for running, mostly for the gym and casual wear. Comfortable and supportive. It is true that ASICS tend to run half size smaller. I'm a true size 10, but always order 10 1/2 ASICS.
