The wool keeps my feet warm, yet doesn't get as smelly as a polyester fleece slipper. Genuine fleece slippers always seem too big on my feet and stretch out too much. These are great for house wear or short trips outside, as there's a real sole. And offered at a great price.

I am very glad I did. These are the most comfortable slippers I have ever worn. I wear slippers every night, even in the middle of summer, and I can't wait to get home to put these one. i was afraid that after a few months the 'memory foam' soles would loose their 'squishyness' but after three months they still have that wonderful cushion. I'm planning on buying a pair for my mom. I was also nervous about the purple color since sage was not longer available, but it's a very subtle and soft color. I wear a size 7.5 and ordered large and they fit fine.
