Bottom Line:

Comments: I used these for downhill skiing and back country skiing. They were wonderful for both. They provided all the protection needed during storms and in powder and also allowed for freedom of movement. They run very true to size and are a snug fit so if you are borderline I would suggest ordering one size larger than you normally wear. Then you will have room to add a base layer in very cold weather. Pockets are well placed and easy to access. I love these!

Comments: These kept me dry during a long day of high alpine snowmobiling in 2-4 feet of powder. I wish there was another pocket on the leg. There is no hook on the gaiter so they tended to creep up. I have since riveted on a hook. I am 5'6", 105 lbs and the Small Long are a a little big in the butt and legs but perfect in length. Overall - a great product.

Comments: They have been great for cross-country skiing. They breathe great. I used them for downhill skiing in pretty cold weather (in the 20's), but I have a longer waisted jacket so I didn't get too cold on the chairlift. I may need extra padding in the seat if I spend a full day in cold weather skiing downhill. But, they breathe really well and I didn't feel overly cold in the legs.
