By Fused Heel from Ohio on 10/05/2009 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Flattering, Stylish Cons: Gapes at sides, Poor Arch Support Best Uses: Formal Occasions, Going Out Describe Yourself: Career, Comfort-oriented, Practical, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are very cute, especially for me with a fused heel who cannot wear any high-heels at all (I fall over to the side). They are comfortable and dressy but have one problem -- for some reason they gape out at the sides. I've never had a shoe do this before. The black ones are very pretty, as are the other colored ones, but I'd call them silver rather than ivory, but they are almost a light neutral. They could fill a wardrobe gap. These lighter color ones do not gape as badly as the black ones. The leather of the black ones is extremely pliable. I'll have to send the black ones back, which is a shame because it's hard to find cute, comfy, well-made, dressy flat shoes. These are almost there, but the gaping looks really bad. However, if you have very wide feet, these might work for you.
