Very complete and functional. By mountain rider from Yorba Linda, Ca. on 09/21/2009 Pros: Easy To Use, Effective Best Uses: Emergency Preparedness, Keep In The Medicine Cabinet, Keep In The Trunk, Outdoor Activities Describe Yourself: CPR Trained Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Hopefully, I'll never have to use it. However, if the time comes I'll be well prepared.
By Ranger Rick from MA on 09/14/2009 Cons: Supplies needed "tuning" Describe Yourself: CPR Trained, Medical Professional, Parent Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I liked the compartment substitutes (heavy-duty zipper bags).
I would have liked a larger elastic bandage (2" isn't going to secure very much) and triangular bandage. Actually, 2 full-sized triangular bandages would be better.
It lists as "good for 1-6 people for 1-7 days". I don't think so. I think that the word "weekender" in the name says it.
I will use this in my Scout leader First Aid training as another example of commercial kits.
