In response to reviewer Cari's complaint about not having any way to attach the pillow, just open the cover zipper and remove the two included suction cup hangers that ARE included. This would also be the procedure to adjust the inflation level for comfort if you don't like the feel at the delivered inflation level.

I found the tub pillow to be perfectly designed for its purpose and very comfortable.
