By JDM from Charlottesville, VA on 10/13/2007 Cons: Causes Hotspots or Blisters, No Steel Toe Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Initially bought them for work boots, but since they don't have a steel toe I decided to keep them as casual boots. The high heel is great for reaching a little higher (such as the silly little cabinet above the refrigerator). The gel insole is nice, and the lacing points are in the correct spots to keep my heel from slipping. The only drawback is that these particular ones don't have a steel toe... that and Carolina seems to have discontinued this particular model boot. I highly recommend the purchase while they last.
